Thank you for visiting the Korean Language Institute of Hongik University.

Korean Language Institute of Hongik University

was established with the goal of educating foreign students and actively furthering Korean research in an era of globalization with increased openness.

The Korean language Institute

runs 4 terms per year. We work hard to offer the foreign students from across the world, such as China, Japan, the United States, and Europe Korean education through an intensive, phased course, and to train future educators of the Korean language.

All faculty members at the Korean Language Institute

are equipped with Master's degrees, and have been well educated in the best methods for teaching Korean. Through their extensive knowledge and plentiful experience as educators, they are qualified in class management and offer plenty of help and support for students who are trying to adapt to their new lives in Korea.
