Withdrawal / Refund
Before the beginning of the term
Full tuition refund (except application fee)
From the 1st day to 5th day of class
70% of the tuition will be refunded
From the 6th day to 10th day of class
50% of the tuition will be refunded
After the 11th day of class
※ If students have refund, their C-3-1 or D-4 Visa is to be canceled.
※ You can have refund only the bank account under your name.
※ When your bank account is overseas’, transferring fee will be deducted from the amount.
※ Refund takes about two weeks, and about 3 weeks for foreign bank.
Students should attend class more than 80% in order to complete the course. (If you attend classes less than 80%, you cannot complete the course and register the next term)
There are 2 exams (midterm and final test) during one term that evaluate writing, reading, listening and speaking skills. If a student receives less than 70 points on average and under 80% of attendance, he/she cannot step up to the next level.
